How we collect personal information.

Patient information is strictly private and confidential and in no way released to anyone except under instruction by the patient or health practitioner or designated privacy officer, and according to privacy laws. 

Informed Consent
Patients are informed of consent policies regarding the collection and management of their personal health information via patient intake and can be viewed on our website. 

Active and inactive patient health records are kept and stored securely within our secure server network with cybersecurity protection. We have systems in place to protect the privacy, security, quality and integrity of the personal health information held within our secure network.

Administration Security
All office computers and servers comply with computer security standards. 

Patient Record Security
Access to patient records should be initiated by either receipt of correspondence from a lawyer, government agency, another source including the examples listed below, or by the client with a written request. Where a client’s written request and / or signed approval is not obtained, We are not legally required to release information without a court order.

Data Breach

CyberSecurity
Cybersecurity in healthcare protects sensitive patient data and critical infrastructure from digital attacks and data breaches. It ensures patient safety, operational continuity, and compliance with data privacy regulations such as the Privacy Act in Australia.
CTV is protected by CyberSecure Protection Services.
